Job summary

CSN Collision, a nationwide network of independent collision repair facilities, seeks a dynamic Collision Repair Bodyshop Manager for the Corporate Store. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, respond to customer inquiries, and drive sales to meet targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role focuses on insurance claims processing, parts inventory, vendor relations, and scheduling repairs to optimize throughput and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of collision centre management or estimations experience.
• Experience with Bodyshop Connect and Nexsyis is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proven teambuilding and leadership.
• Sales and negotiation aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop and lead staff to meet targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain exceptional service levels.
• Drive sales to meet targets while upholding quality and efficiency.
• Manage insurance claims processing and ensure accurate repairs.
• Review quality control measures to exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parts vendors and suppliers.
