Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
• A college diploma in Paralegal Studies would be an asset.
• At least three (3) years collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Recovery Action on delinquent Accounts including contact with debtors.
• Maintaining account history on the internal collections system.
• Ensuring adherence to client directives.
