Fed Finance is seeking a bilingual Collections Specialist for a permanent position based in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal. You will join the Credit and Collections team and handle a portfolio primarily serving Ottawa-region clients.

The role features a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office. Requirements include 3+ years in collections or AR, strong English/French skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage collection of commercial accounts and follow up with customers by phone and email.
• Oversee an accounts receivable portfolio and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Research and apply customer payments across multiple systems.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and client records.
• Build strong relationships with customers and improve collection processes.
