Job summary

Fed Finance is seeking a Financial Analyst for a permanent hybrid position on Montreal’s South Shore. The role analyzes monthly financial statements, supports month-end close and GL reconciliations, and contributes to internal controls and process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in accounting, with 3–5 years of experience, and CPA is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, SAP experience is advantageous; bilingual French/English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Participate in month-end closing processes and general ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions in accordance with applicable standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
• Monitor inventory and capital expenditure (Capex) projects.
• Prepare various financial reports for management.
• Participate in external audits and collaborate with international accounting teams.
