Job summary

Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a bilingual French Collections Analyst in Milton, ON. You’ll manage customer accounts, drive timely payments, and partner with Cash Applications, Credit, and Sales to reduce aging and protect cash flow.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with ample growth potential and company perks starting from day one. This on-site role emphasizes customer-focused solutions and teamwork across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
• 1+ years in collections, accounts receivable or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and offering payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records of collection activity and interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
