Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a hands-on AR specialist to set up customer accounts, post payments, and manage payments processing. You will ensure accuracy in tax status and credit levels, deposit cheques, and resolve discrepancies.

Strong MS Office and accounting software knowledge are essential, along with English fluency. The role requires 1–3 years of AR experience, and applicants must reside in the GTA and be eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ AR, customer setup and cash posting experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred, or similar in education and experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of computerized accounting systems.
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Strong problem-solving skills with good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up of customer accounts in the computer system with tax status and credit levels.

Pay Range
