Bridgehead Coffee at 96 Sparks St., Ottawa, ON, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold quality and hospitality standards, and help empower baristas to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years in Shift Supervisor or leadership role.
• Certified Food Handler Certificate required before contract signing.
• Certified First Aid/CPR.
• Post-secondary training in Hospitality, Business, or Management.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and ensure seamless operations in the manager’s absence.
• Motivate and guide team members to deliver warm, genuine hospitality and outstanding coffee experiences.
• Model Bridgehead standards for cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.

We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining smooth coffeehouse operations, and upholding Bridgehead’s high standards of quality, hospitality, and care. What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role
• A professional, customer-focused hospitality mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and support others
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 kg during a shift
• Consistent punctuality, reliability, and accountability
• Flexibility regarding store location and hours of work
• Certified Food Handler Certificate (required before contract signing)
• Certified First Aid/CPR
• Post-secondary training in Hospitality, Business, or Management
• Passion for coffee, tea, and sustainable trade practices
