Job summary

Bridgehead is seeking a Coffee House Shift Supervisor to lead teams, ensure smooth operations, and uphold quality and hospitality standards. You’ll mentor Baristas, manage busy shifts, and maintain a welcoming, sustainable store that reflects Bridgehead’s values.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and a hands-on approach to daily store management, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Professional, customer-focused hospitality mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and support others.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 kg during a shift.
• Certified Food Handler Certificate (required before contract signing).
• Certified First Aid/CPR.
• Post‑secondary training in Hospitality, Business, or Management.
• Passion for coffee, tea, and sustainable trade practices.
• Creativity, humor, and a positive attitude.
• Integrity, openness, and kindness in every interaction.

Position

Coffee House Shift Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining smooth coffeehouse operations, and upholding Bridgehead’s high standards of quality, hospitality, and care. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll develop your leadership skills, build your coffee expertise, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that celebrates both excellence and authenticity. You’ll support your team through every rush, inspire confidence and collaboration, and ensure that every detail, from the perfect espresso shot to a clean, inviting store, reflects our values.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities
