Job summary

Bridgehead Corp. is seeking a Coffee House Shift Supervisor in Ottawa to lead daily operations and a team of baristas with warmth and professionalism.

You will ensure smooth service, maintain store standards, and mentor staff while upholding Bridgehead’s commitment to sustainability and fair trade in a fast-paced café environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of Shift Supervisor or similar leadership experience.

We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining smooth coffeehouse operations, and upholding Bridgehead’s high standards of quality, hospitality, and care. Position: Coffee House Shift Supervisor

Location: 344 Slater St., Ottawa, ON K1A 0E2.

Starting Pay: $18.95 per hour + tips

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 kg during a shift
• Consistent punctuality, reliability, and accountability
• Flexibility regarding store location and hours of work
• Certified Food Handler Certificate (required before contract signing)
• Certified First Aid/CPR
• Post-secondary training in Hospitality, Business, or Management
• Passion for coffee, tea, and sustainable trade practices
