Job summary

Elmer's Manufacturing Ltd. in Manitoba seeks a Test Technician Student for the Product Validation Department. Availability is a 4-month or 8-month term to support testing of agricultural equipment for performance and safety and assist with prototype setup and field installations.

We have an upcoming opportunity in the Product Validation Department as a Test Technician Student, where we are looking for high-energy collaborators who are passionate about team success.

Availability: 4-month or 8-month term

In This Role You Will

• Assist with testing agricultural equipment for performance and safety.
• Support prototype setup and field installations.
• Learn to operate and maintain test instruments.
• Help prepare simple reports and share findings with the team.
• Work closely with engineers and team members to discuss findings and explore improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to design and test plan reviews by sharing insights from collected data.
• A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (completed or in progress).
• Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and a collaborative mindset.
