Job summary

Elmer’s Manufacturing Ltd. in Altona, MB is seeking a motivated Intern for the Sales Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience in lead handling, CRM entry, and coordinating demos and tours.

The role offers a 4-month term starting in May and involves working closely with Territory Managers to grow customer engagement. The ideal candidate has outbound calling experience, strong communication skills, and is highly organized with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling or inside sales is a plus.
• Strong customer-service mindset and relationship building.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new leads and inquiries.
• Document information and assign to Territory Managers.
• Set follow-ups and appointments with prospects.
• Follow up on demos, quotes, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate opportunity stages and customer records.
• Perform CRM audits and log all customer interactions.
• Assist with demos, tours, and events.
