Job summary

Randstad Canada in Brantford, Ontario, is seeking a CNC Machine & Equipment Operator to setup and run multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, or routers with tight tolerances. You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and perform in-process QA/QC checks using precision tools.

Strong attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Provide reliable daily performance across Day, Afternoon, Night, or Continental shifts; enjoy a stable schedule and access to health, dental, and vision benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of demonstrated CNC operation in manufacturing.
• Able to read blueprints and apply GD&T basics.
• Experience using QA/QC tools like calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Setup and run multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, or routers to fabricate components.
• Read schematics and drawings to determine cutting metrics.
• Perform in-process quality inspections with precision tools.
• Load raw stock, adjust parameters, and monitor cycles to completion.
• Carry out basic preventative maintenance and keep workspace safe.
