Pitt Meadows Golf Club is seeking a Clubhouse Manager to provide senior operational leadership for the clubhouse, overseeing Food & Beverage, events, and maintenance. You will report to the General Manager and lead a multi-discipline team to deliver a premium, member-focused clubhouse experience.

The role requires five years of leadership in hospitality or private clubs, with strong financial discipline and a commitment to safety and sustainability.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education in hospitality management, business administration, facilities or operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, private clubs, hotels, resorts, event venues, or similar settings is preferred.
• Experience overseeing clubhouse or facility maintenance, vendors, and capital projects is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provides visible, hands-on leadership for daily clubhouse operations, ensuring F&B, events, and maintenance function as one coordinated team.
• Translates priorities into departmental objectives, procedures, schedules, and measurable performance expectations.
• Builds a culture of welcoming, inclusive hospitality with genuine service and member value.
• Maintains an active presence with members and teams, addresses feedback, and drives service improvements.
• Plans staffing and leadership coverage across departments based on volume, events, and seasonality.
