GoodLife Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to warmly welcome members, check-ins, and guide walk-ins. You will answer calls, assist on the floor with equipment, promote memberships, and resolve questions, ensuring a positive member experience.

Training and career progression are highlighted along with a free fitness membership. The role requires CPR-AED and Smart Tan certifications within specified timelines, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to all kinds of people.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Approachable, warm and patient in interactions.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Greet potential members and direct them accordingly.
• Handle incoming calls and book appointments.
• Assist members on the floor with equipment questions.
• Promote memberships, services, and club amenities.
• Resolve member questions and issues with courtesy.
• Provide FitFix Starter sessions for new and current members.
• Complete club runs and cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness.
• Attend monthly meetings and ongoing training.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests.
