GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members and Potential Members at the Club. You will greet, check in, answer calls, and guide visitors, contributing to a clean, safe, and engaging environment focused on helping members achieve their fitness goals.

This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to upsell memberships and club services while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• CPR-AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with members.
• Customer-focused with commitment to high-quality service.
• Team player who helps others and contributes to group success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members and Potential Members at the Club front desk.
• Check members in for workouts and manage walk-ins.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about equipment and services.
• Sell memberships, services, products, and club amenities when opportunities arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and support club operations to deliver exceptional experiences.
