GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet Members and guests, assist with club services, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment. You will handle questions, support FitFix and cardio machines, and contribute to a positive member experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales of memberships and services, and ongoing learning with monthly meetings and training. A lively, friendly atmosphere awaits.

Qualificações

• CPR-A & AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Handle incoming calls and book appointments.
• Assist Members with FitFix and machine questions.
• Sell memberships, services and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide an exceptional member experience.
• Attend monthly meetings and complete required training.
