Job summary

GoodLife Fitness Clubs is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet and assist Members at the front desk, check in guests, and warmly guide Potential Members. You will handle calls, support on the floor, and promote memberships and club services with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role offers growth opportunities, ongoing training, and a vibrant, energetic workplace. A base wage and potential commissions support total compensation.

Qualifications

• CPR-A and AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be Pleasant and Present with every greeting and interaction.
• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Greet Potential Members and direct them accordingly.
• Answer phones within three rings and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions and services.
• Sell memberships, services, products and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and run club errands as needed.
• Attend monthly meetings and complete required training.
