Cloud Services Operations Manager to oversee the operations and business aspects of our Cloud Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, cloud technologies, and operational efficiency. This role is essential in driving the success and growth of our cloud engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to enhance the performance and delivery of the broader Cloud Engineering team.
2. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for cloud CIO projects, identifying efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
3. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of the team and programs to improve efficiencies and outcomes.
4. Resource Reporting: Report on resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization, including monthly and quarterly reporting for third-party vendors.
5. Goal Tracking: Establish mechanisms to monitor goals for the cloud engineering team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
6. CIO Adoption Scorecards: Develop and maintain scorecards to track the adoption of the Cloud Platform and the maturity of developer teams.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure outcomes are met.
8. Roadmap Management: Manage and oversee the reporting of the Cloud Roadmaps holistically.
9. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on cloud engineering activities, performance, and business impact.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business management with a focus on technology or cloud services.
3. Technical Skills: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), cloud engineering principles, and product management.
4. Microsoft Office Expertise: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
5. Experience with Jira and Confluence: Using Jira and Confluence for project tracking, collaboration, and documentation.

Salary:

$74,800.00 - $138,600.00
