Job Purpose:

The role acts as the 'Nerve Centre,' ensuring smooth back-end support for daily operations, systems, technology, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, streamline, and implement standardized operational processes and procedures.
  2. Understand customer data and POS management strategy related to category management, finance, and marketing.
  3. Ensure POS data accuracy across retailers for reliable analysis.
  4. Lead data collection and reporting to drive insights and business performance, utilizing platforms like PowerBI.
  5. Establish internal reporting interfaces connecting external data environments.
  6. Streamline data across platforms to improve efficiency and visibility.
  7. Drive digitization of key processes like new customer creation and inquiries.
  8. Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and maintain internal databases.
  9. Troubleshoot TPO and TPM systems connectivity issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience, preferably in cross-functional roles.
  • Experience in CD, SC, IT, or Operations.
  • Strong skills in SAP APO, SAP ECC, EDI, PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
