Summary:
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for growing the business and developing personnel within one or more specialized merchandise departments at a Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s retail location. The GSM will lead exceptional customer service and operational excellence by engaging Outfitters in all aspects of department operations, including merchandise presentation, inventory management, pricing, sales strategies, staff recruitment, and development.
