The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources. This involves balancing the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm through:

What You Will Do
Reporting to the Leader of the CLO, the Contract Manager will manage processes and resolve challenges related to external resources across Canada, handling over 1000+ external resources annually. Responsibilities include:
The role also involves case management, continuous improvement projects, and stakeholder education, with a focus on operational excellence and adherence to legal and security standards.
What You Bring To The Role
A relevant college or university degree, 5+ years’ experience in contract labor or contingent workforce management, legal drafting experience, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and Flextrack are preferred. Fluency in English is required.
Compensation: The base salary range in BC is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses, depending on skills, location, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive benefits package.
