Overview

The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources. This involves balancing the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm. Key activities include:
Location: Anywhere in Canada, with a virtual work arrangement (1-2 days in office per month may be required).
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Leader of the Contract Labour Office, the Contract Manager will handle processes and challenges related to external resources across Canada, managing over 1000 external resources annually. Responsibilities include:
Additional Responsibilities include case management, continuous improvement projects, stakeholder education, and reporting.
Qualifications
This position requires fluency in English. The salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses, based on location and experience.
