Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Home Support Supervisor (RPN) in Ontario to provide clinical leadership, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality client care in a community setting.

The role requires a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing, 5+ years of leadership, CPR, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the local service region. You will coach teams, maintain documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications

• Must be an RPN in good standing with the CNO.
• Active CPR certification and TB status documented.
• Specialty nursing certifications are assets.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing and paraprofessional teams.
• Oversee branch clinical quality standards and chart reviews.
• Conduct client home visits to assess needs and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate care delivery with funders and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure regulatory compliance.
