Snore MD is hiring a Clinical Coordinator for Langley (Walnut Grove) or Abbotsford. The role requires commuting to either clinic, with Saturdays mandatory. The schedule is 5 days a week, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sundays plus one weekday off. Join a community-focused healthcare team committed to care and growth.

Competitive hourly pay $22–$25 with up to $4/hr bonuses. Full benefits and ongoing onboarding support are provided. Residence near Langley/Abbotsford preferred due to on-site clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, retail or a service-based role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with MS Office, Google Workspace, or other work platforms with strong typing.

Responsabilités

• Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage patient referrals.
• Be the Connection: Communicate with doctors, specialists, and allied professionals.
• Keep Us Moving: Oversee clinic operations, including inventory and sleep test equipment.
• Administrative Rockstar: Support insurance paperwork and other admin tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Comfort with MS Office, Google Workspace, OR other work based platforms with great typing skills
• Availability to work every Saturday (mandatory)
• Flexibility for split days off: Sunday plus one weekday between Tuesday and Thursday
• Residence in or near Langley, Abbotsford, or surrounding Fraser Valley communities, with a reliable commute to work on-site at our Langley (Walnut Grove) or Abbotsford clinics
• Legal eligibility to work full-time in Canada (we are unable to provide work sponsorship)
