Snore MD is seeking a driven Clinical Coordinator for the Maple Ridge Clinic. This full-time role supports scheduling, referrals, and clinic operations with a focus on efficiency and patient care.

You will coordinate with doctors, manage equipment and inventory, and assist with HSAT testing and insurance paperwork. Based in Maple Ridge, you will work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some weekend coverage as needed, and participate in onboarding and ongoing training as part of a collaborative team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or a clinical support role in Canada.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office or Google Suite.

• Be the Connection: communicate clearly with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners.
• Keep Us Moving: oversee clinic operations from inventory to sleep test equipment management.

• Administrative Rockstar: handle insurance paperwork and daily documentation.

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Locations: Maple Ridge (2 days/week)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5 days/week, Saturdays required)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wage range: $22–$25/hr + up to $4/hr in monthly bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Manage Clinic Flow: Take charge of appointment scheduling and triage referrals with speed, care, and professionalism
• Be the Connection: Communicate assertively and clearly with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners
• Keep Us Moving: Own clinic operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management
• Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Tests), guiding patients through the process with clarity and confidence
• Administrative Rockstar: Take ownership of insurance paperwork and daily documentation, staying on top of details even when things get busy

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or a clinical support role in Canada
• Proven ability to stay calm, decisive, and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with MS Office or Google Suite
• Able to commute to our Clinic in Maple Ridge daily
• Flexibility for split days off (Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday)
• Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
