Job summary

Medicentres is seeking a Dual Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of two clinics, Hermitage and Dickinsfield. This temporary full-time role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and supports staff, physicians and patients to deliver high-quality care.

You will drive performance, manage staffing, budgets, EMR safety, and patient satisfaction across both sites, with travel between clinics and some evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years clinic experience
• 3 years management experience, preferably in a health care clinic
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with Health Information Act guidelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two clinics (Hermitage and Dickinsfield)
• Lead implementation and communication of new initiatives and programs
• Ensure high-quality patient care and customer service standards
• Manage staffing levels and performance, including hiring for medical and non-medical roles
• Ensure EMR safety and adherence to company policies
• Coordinate with physicians, patients, vendors and stakeholders
• Travel between sites as required and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
