Medicentres is seeking a Dual Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of two clinics, Hermitage and Dickinsfield. This temporary full-time role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and supports staff, physicians and patients to deliver high-quality care.
You will drive performance, manage staffing, budgets, EMR safety, and patient satisfaction across both sites, with travel between clinics and some evenings/weekends as required.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day operations of two clinics. The Clinic Manager leads the implementation and communication of new initiatives and programs to staff and physicians. Additionally, they collaborate with physicians, patients, clients, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient care.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Fast paced environment, where ability to manage day to day operations of the clinic are essential. Must be able to adjust their schedule accordingly to work evenings and weekends to ensure exceptional customer service culture is observed on all shifts. Travel between sites.
