Job summary

ML6 is partnering with a fast-growing dental organization to hire a Manager, Clinic Onboarding & Projects. You will own the transition of newly acquired practices into the network, from planning and clinic introduction through Day 1 readiness and post-launch stabilization.

As a central contact for partner dentists, practice managers and internal teams, you will coordinate operational, people, technology and financial workstreams, track milestones and drive hands-on improvements across

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-stakeholder projects or operational change.
• Experience in healthcare or distributed service environments is valuable.
• Ability to balance planning with hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end onboarding plans for acquired clinics with milestones and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate pre-close/pre-launch prep and post-transition adoption.
• Align Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Marketing and vendors with clear ownership.
• Serve as primary contact for partner dentists and clinic teams with on-site support.
• Maintain an integration risk log and drive issue resolution and improvements.
• Develop onboarding checklists, dashboards and handover protocols.
• Support transitions in practice systems and vendor arrangements during acquisitions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation.
