Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our fast-growing team in Ontario. This full-time role oversees daily operations, patient relations, staff coaching, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service across our clinics.

Under the Director of Operations, you will lead a collaborative team, uphold clinic standards, manage inventory, and coordinate with doctors and support staff to maintain a premier patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem solving and multitasking.
• Proficient with clinic software; Salesforce is an asset.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team, who takes pride in patient care. Qualified candidates must be well organized, patient service-focused, detailed-orientated, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Acting under the supervision of the Director of Operations/Assistant Director of Operations, the Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Skin Vitality Medical Clinic. The Clinic Manager manages the clinic’s performance and oversees all patient relations. They provide coaching, mentorship and administrative support, oversee the hiring and training of staff members, liaison with patients to maintain optimal operational flow and work collaboratively with all departments to continuously improve clinic standards for both staff and patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other departments to improve clinic standards
