Job summary

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Concierge in Canada to be the welcoming face of our clinics. You will greet patients, handle calls, schedule appointments, and support teams to ensure seamless visits across our Ontario locations.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, and contributing to a superior patient experience from check-in through check-out.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, medical clinics, spas, salons, or customer service is a plus.
• Genuine warmth, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience are essential.
• Systems can be taught; warmth and professionalism can't.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls with confidence while providing exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments efficiently and keep clinics running smoothly.
• Guide patients through the check-in and check-out process.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient information.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic teams to ensure appointments stay on schedule.

Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical clinics, dental offices, spas, salons, or customer service is considered an asset—but it isn't everything. Availability

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Applicants Must

• Be available to work a variety of shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
• Be comfortable travelling between our Toronto & Richmond Hill clinics as business needs require.
