Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across the US and Canada. As Commercial Account Executive, you drive growth of high‑value projects and ongoing marketing services, partnering with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts.

You'll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders, and deliver compelling virtual presentations while coordinating with procurement and legal teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
