What you'll be doing

  • What We Need
  • Corpay is hiring a Client Success Account Manager within our Corpay division, specifically for our PayByPhone line of business in Canada. You will oversee client relationships to retain, renew, and grow accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth through our solutions. You will report to the Director of Client Success and support client-impact projects across NA Markets, focusing on maintaining and developing client relationships for contract renewals, increased adoption, and profitability.

Role Responsibilities
  • Track client contracts, negotiate renewals, and identify profitability opportunities.
  • Analyze client data for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate hardware options and promote PayByPhone services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and case studies.
  • Upsell additional products and manage the sales process.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accurately.
  • Coordinate with Client Support and Sales teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Strong communication and upselling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is CAD 78,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience and skills. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, fitness classes, generous PTO, employee discounts, and philanthropic support.
