Job summary

Vernon Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time client service representative/receptionist to join our team in Vernon. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, scheduling, and emails while supporting a fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate is positive, punctual, reliable, and able to multitask in a team. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus, and the clinic offers an hourly rate and a discount for clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system.
• Schedule appointments in the Ezyvet IT system.
• Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future bookings.
• Respond and manage email correspondence.
• Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment.
• File documents electronically.
