NRI Distribution Inc is hiring a Client Services Coordinator on a 14-month maternity coverage basis in Brampton, Ontario. The role focuses on order processing, client liaison, and coordinating with the Inventory and VAS teams to meet SLA expectations.

The successful candidate will adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, bring strong communication skills, and support a collaborative, safety‑conscious team culture with benefits and growth opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with minimal direction, and be extremely detail oriented.
• Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety.
• Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison between the clients and NRI operations by communicating and monitoring client priorities.
• Manages client relationships by effectively handling all client interactions, including higher level troubleshooting issues and collaborating with other departments.
• Coordinates flow of inventory with Inventory Team and VAS (Value Added Services).
• Ensures client SLA's are communicated to the operations team.
• Follows NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and SOP.

Job Description

A Day in the Life

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play an important part in performing all functions related to the processing of orders and receipts through the facilities to meet client expectations acting as a primary liaison. You'll be working with products from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Note this role is temporary until December 2027 with the opportunity for extension or becoming permanent.

• Experience in a warehouse or transportation environment in administration, coordinator, clerk, or dispatching role a plus
• An understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook
