Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a 14-month maternity coverage. You will act as the main liaison between clients and NRI operations, managing priorities and coordinating inventory flow while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will support a fast-paced warehouse environment, emphasizing teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem solving. This temporary role runs through December 2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or transportation administration, coordinator, clerk, or dispatching role is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison between clients and NRI operations, communicating priorities.
• Manages client relationships and handles interactions, including higher level troubleshooting.
• Coordinates inventory flow with Inventory Team and VAS.
• Ensures client SLAs are communicated to the operations team.
• Follows NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Performs other duties as requested.

A Day in the Life

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play an important part in performing all functions related to the processing of orders and receipts through the facilities to meet client expectations acting as a primary liaison. You'll be working with products from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Note this role is temporary until December 2027 with the opportunity for extension or becoming permanent.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Excellent technical capabilities with proficiency to learn internal and external software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented
• Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety
• Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves:
