NRI Distribution Inc. is seeking a dedicated Trainer to lead training across all warehouse functions. You will mentor new hires, promote best practices, support SOP development, and foster a positive team environment.
The role is a 12-month contract with potential extension or conversion to a permanent position. Standard shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, on-site in Brampton, Canada, with opportunities to grow within the organization.
As a Trainer, you will be the face of NRI by training on all functions related to our warehouse team members. The Trainer's focus is delivering outstanding team member experience, best practices, safety, and SOP complaint aid in the development of the training program. The Trainer is to be a mentor to all new employees and helps create and demonstrate NRI team spirit.
Note that this role is for 12 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
