Job summary

InsuranceWorks.ca is seeking a Client Services & Billing Co-Ordinator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle front-line client interactions, billing accuracy, and accounts receivable while supporting marketing goals for growth.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and a strong customer-service mindset, with an emphasis on on-site involvement and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more P&C Insurance or Customer service experience
• Customer service experience (accounts receivable, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Proven track record of meeting payment collection goals
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving and finding solutions for customers
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Answering phones & directing calls to sales specialists, welcoming clients
• Accounts receivable, monitoring payments, ensuring billing accuracy
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries on insurance, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, market to other services
