Job summary

Desjardins Agent Network in Brampton is seeking a Client Services & Billing Co-ordinator to join a team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. The role targets billing accuracy, AR processes, and responsive service for insurance needs.

The position requires 6 months+ P&C insurance or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. On-site availability in Brampton with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more P & C Insurance or Customer service experience.
• Customer service experience (accounts receivable, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting payment collection goals.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Proactive in problem-solving, finding solutions for customers.
• Dedicated to customer service, self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Some financial background would be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• On Site presence.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones & directing calls to sales specialists, welcoming clients.
• Accounts receivable, monitoring payments, ensuring billing accuracy.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, market to other services.
