• 3–5 years of experience in an account management or client services role in an advertising/marketing/creative setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts, managing communications, expectations, and deliverables.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Define scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
