• 3–5+ years in agency, marketing, communications, or client-services.
• Strong client communication, independent project ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timelines and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted client relationships and manage day-to-day expectations.
• Lead projects from briefing through delivery with internal teams.
• Coordinate strategy, creative, production, media and digital work.
• Track scope, budgets, estimates and reconcile invoices.
• Provide strategic counsel and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and supervise account staff.
