Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree not required; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic with results orientation and client-first mindset.
• Ability to learn new information and technology platforms.
• Confidently educate clients on self-service banking (ATM/online/app).
• Willing to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self‑service transactions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients.
• Engage in in-depth conversations to understand financial priorities and connect to solutions.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and goals.
• Follow processes and comply with laws/regulations in daily activities.
• Grow knowledge by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
