Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer’s relationship with BMO beyond personal banking.
• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch, advising on digital and self-serve options for easy banking.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and recommends channels and personal banking/investment advice.
• Meets transaction-based customer needs with seamless execution.
• Reviews customer profiles and engages in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities and address banking and credit card needs.
