Qualifications

• Experience in insurance would be an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer incoming calls directed to reception.
• Distribute incoming mail and arrange outgoing mail deliveries.
• Organize, manage, and order office supplies and provide basic admin support.
