Job summary

Insight Global is partnering with a leading insurance brokerage in Toronto to hire experienced Personal Lines Account Managers. You will support clients under the supervision of Account Executives, managing policies, renewals, coverage recommendations, and claims assistance while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, cross-selling Home, Auto, Life and Personal Property coverages, with a RIBO license and 3+ years of Personal Lines experience.

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license (Ontario)
• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to minimizing Errors & Omissions (E&O)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Agency Manager or similar insurance brokerage management systems
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in a GTA office location

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, exclusions, and insurance products in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, relationship-building, and client interactions.
