Qualifications

• Two+ years as Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.
• RIBO licence.
• Ability to work from anywhere across Canada.
• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support existing clients with guidance and expertise to strengthen retention.
• Answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals.
• Cross-sell and update files.
• Assist with billing changes and other service requests.
• Be the go-to insurance expert providing professional advice.
