Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community to uncover needs and identify sales/referral opportunities.
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking tools to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Assist with a full range of financial transactions in response to client inquiries.
• Listen actively to understand individual client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
• Cultivate relationships with RBC partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
