Job summary

Customerization - Zoho Consulting, an Ontario-based IT company, is hiring for a combined Business Analyst & Project Manager role in Vaughan. You will gather client requirements, design Zoho-based solutions, and lead delivery from discovery through launch.

The role requires a strong PM background, experience implementing CRM/ERP, and excellent English communication. Office-based in Concord/Vaughan with full-time hours.

Qualifications

Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
Experience implementing business applications (CRM, ERP) with business process mapping and data modeling.
Strong project management track record: planning, leading teams, managing scope, timeline and risk.
Direct experience running client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Understand and analyze client business processes and resources.
Gather and document requirements through workshops and discovery sessions.
Design technology solutions spanning Zoho CRM/ERP, custom apps, and integrations.
Lead and coordinate delivery, budgets, timelines, and risks.
Produce technical and business documentation and train clients.
