Job summary

Customerization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager (2-in-1) to join our team. We focus on Zoho implementation, solution design, integrations with 3rd party tools, and Zoho migration. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Concord/Vaughan, Canada.

Requirements include at least 2 years in IT consulting, experience with SMB clients, and legal eligibility to work in Canada. You will lead business analysis and project delivery, collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales,

Customerizationis looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager (2 in 1) tojoin our team. Our company focuses on Zoho implementation, solution design, integrations with 3 rd party tools, and migration to Zoho.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

• Understand and analyze customer's business modeland processes


• Gathercustomer's requirements


• DevelopZoho solution design with the Zoho experts' team


• Collaborate on tech pre-sale with our Sales team,including running custom system demos and managing proposal development


• This is a customer-facing position

Project Delivery

• Develop project scope, plan, and tasksbacklog
