Job summary

Customerization - Zoho Consulting in Vaughan is seeking a full-time, in-office full-stack developer to join our Zoho solutions and custom software team. You will design, build, test, and deploy custom code across cross-framework solutions, integrating Zoho and other platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.

You will work with PMs, BAs, and developers, defining data models, architecture, and deployment strategies, while leveraging AI coding tools to stay ahead.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in frontend, backend and database development.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and JSON data.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge; BI/ETL a plus.
• Understanding of software architecture including scalability and security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• 3–4 years of development experience.
• Nice to have Zoho Deluge/Creator experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and code.
• Define solution architecture and data models; plan data layer.
• Integrate custom code with Zoho and other platforms via APIs.
• Lead deployment and CI/CD for solutions.

• Solid custom coding experience: frontend, backend and databases.
• Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs integration, JSON.
• In-depth experience with SQL, and relational databases. BI/ETL is an advantage.
• Understands software architecture: scalability, security, dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with Git, version control, coding standards, and documentation practices.
• Proven experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• 3-4 years of dev experience.
• Nice to have: Zoho Deluge/Creator experience.

Communication

• Comfortable on client calls, asking clarifying technical questions.

Soft skills

• Works independently while proactively flagging dependencies/risks.
• Strong self-QA discipline — doesn't accept AI output at face value.
• Self-learning mindset to keep pace with evolving AI dev tools.
• Manages multiple projects/timelines in a fast-paced environment.
