Job summary

Ultimate Renovations is seeking a personable, organized Sales & Client Experience Coordinator to join our Calgary team. This client-facing role blends sales support, lead management, hospitality, and administrative coordination to deliver an exceptional client experience from inquiry to project meetings.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., supporting a professional sales team and helping ensure a smooth client journey through design, renovation, and project stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality with a client-facing focus.
• Strong communication style, professional demeanor, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, leads, and appointments with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, website, and lead sources.
• Coordinate consultations and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate client and activity data in the CRM and ensure follow-ups are tracked.
